  • Do I need to get my own web hosting?

    No. Presto Order plans include secure, unlimited hosting for your online store. 

  • Can I offer Credit Card Processing?

    Yes. You can accept payments using our integrated payment gateways. Payments are sent directly to your processor and then deposited into your funds automatically.  We suggest using Stripe or Paypal.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Do you offer any discount plans?

    Yes.  We offer discounts if you have multiple stores. Please contact for more details.

  • Can I can cancel at anytime?

    Absolutely!  We don't lock you into a contract, so you can suspend, cancel, or reactivate your plan at anytime.
